Seminar / Open Mat for all our members to test our future Black Belts.

We organize an FREE seminar with Raoul / Michel and Harold.  After the seminar we have an Open mat and BlackBelt Trials.

15:00h Start of BlackBelt Bastion
17:00h Drinks and Pizza slices

During the Black Belt Bastion, selected Brown Belts have to fight other selected fighters to see if they are ready for the next big step, their Black Belt!

The requirements for the Black Belt Bastion are:

4 matches 5min against Blue Belts
3 matches 6min against Purple Belts
2 matches 8min against Brown Belts
1 match 8min against Black Belt

6 wins of which at least 3 on submission.
Max 2 be submitted by Blue and Purple

(The fights will be started in a determined position)

Please also sign up as Blue, Purple and Brown as sparrings partner.

After the event we'll have Drinks & Pizza slices ready for everyone!
